How do you ship?
We pack all art prints without frames in a paper tube, so the art prints will come rolled, not flat. Please handle with care when unrolling the print to avoid creases. The prints will flatten as you insert them into your frames.
We pack all canvas prints and framed art prints in an individual cushioned sleeve, which then wrapped in a large bubble wrap, and packed inside a sturdy corrugate box.
We pack our pillows in an individual clear cello bag that goes into a plastic shipping envelope.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
What's your refund policy?
We have 100% refund policy if you are unhappy with your products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your product arrival date, with subject line "Refund Request", the order number, and a brief explanation of why you are unhappy with them. We will send you a return shipping instructions. Please allow approx. 10 days to receive your refund after you shipped back the item. If you received a damaged item, please email us a photo and explanation email with subject line "Damaged Items" to email@example.com. We will expedite your replacement item and offer you 10% discount for your next purchase to make this right for you. We can also exchange items for you if you change your mind; however, we will need to charge for the new shipping fees.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we have fulfillment center in USA and Europe, and can ship internationally to 102 select countries around the world. The shipping cost will be determined by your location, but we will ship from the closest fulfillment center to you to give you the best rates. For questions on specific country shipping zone, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you charge sales tax?
State law requires California-based businesses to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for the Arcadia, California. For other countries besides USA, we charge the standard VAT or GST based on each country.
How soon can you ship the products?
Once an order is placed, the order will be confirmed via email. Our typical shipping time is within 24-72 business hours. Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, from 8pm to 5pm (PST). We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and on major Holidays. Occasionally on larger orders, your shipment might take up to 5 business days to ship. If you are in a rush to receive your items, please forward us with your order confirmation email to email@example.com and we will do our best to prioritize it for you.
Can I get larger canvas print sizes?
Yes, we can print a larger size of 24 x 36. A minimum order of 8 prints is required (they can be of different artwork). For pricing and lead time, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I get larger T-shirt sizes?
Yes, we can do 2XL, 3XL, 4XL on certain t-shirt colors. A minimum order of 8 t-shirts is required (they can be of different artwork). For pricing and lead time, email us at email@example.com.
Can you make custom art or design adjustments?
Yes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and subject line "Custom Request", and we can provide you with a quote and timeline. Please allow 24-72 hours for a reply, but we will do our best to reply asap.
Color is not what I expected, what do I do?
Colors vary slightly due to different resolutions on screens and printers. But if the print is way off from what you expected, please email us at email@example.com and we will make it right for you.
How do I earn rewards?
Please create your customer account, and click the Earn Rewards tab on the right side of your window browser. We offer different rewards program from time to time. The offered program will be shown in your rewards pop-up browser, such as "Refer a Friend" and get $5 off for you and your referral when your referral spends $49 or over.
Do you have a store?
Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store. We do trade shows from time to time. Please follow our instagram: CuriousMorphologie or subscribe to our mailing list to get notified on our upcoming trade shows.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We require a minimum order of 500 pieces for canvas prints, and $1,000 minimum order for the other items. This order can consist of different product categories and artwork. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Wholesale Inquiry".
